We promote your property with professional photography (included in Gold and Platinum packages) and optional video marketing (Platinum). Listings are distributed across top rental platforms to maximize visibility. Yard signage and basic online exposure are included in all packages.
Minnix handles tenant screening, including background and credit checks, to help secure reliable renters. We also manage lease preparation and execution to ensure compliance and clarity. Renewal support and communication services are available in Gold and Platinum plans.
Our team provides 24/7 emergency maintenance support for tenant and property safety (Gold & Platinum). We coordinate repairs—including home warranty issues—and conduct move-in/move-out inspections to document property condition. Routine maintenance is handled efficiently to minimize downtime.
Monthly rent collection, invoice payments, and disbursements are managed with accuracy and consistency. We provide owners with detailed monthly and annual financial statements. Market rent analysis is also included to ensure competitive pricing.
Lease enforcement is managed professionally to address issues as they arise. Eviction and collection services are included in the Gold and Platinum packages. Utility management during vacancies is also provided to maintain property readiness.
